Whilst hosting Leadership Training courses in different parts of the world, recurring points that became increasingly evident were the real need when communicating, for conversations and presentations to be more memorable and impactful, to generate increased levels of trust and to result in more positive, constructive, business relationships.
When stories have been used effectively during my time in Investment Banking, real estate fund management, running a retail business, whilst being a trustee of a major charity and presenting a business show on BBC Radio, the impact has been profoundly positive and my strong desire is to enable business leaders and managers to have effective storytelling as a key component of the skill set.
